Daniel Padilla is Head of Prime Brokerage Sales at A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners, where he leads institutional relationship development and business growth for AGP Prime. He works closely with hedge funds, family offices, RIAs, and professional trading firms, delivering tailored solutions across execution, custody, financing, securities lending, and capital markets services. Daniel brings more than two decades of experience spanning institutional trading, broker-dealer operations, executive leadership, and regulatory oversight. Prior to joining AGP Prime, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of San Blas Securities, overseeing trading operations, strategic growth initiatives, and regulatory infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he held senior institutional trading roles at IFS Securities, Divine Capital Markets, Seton Securities Group, and Magna Securities. Recognized for his relationship-driven approach and practical market insight, Daniel focuses on helping institutional clients navigate evolving market structure, liquidity needs, and scalable prime brokerage solutions through a high-touch service model. He holds FINRA Series 14, 24, 52, 99, 57, 55, 7, and 63 licenses and serves as a Cup of Coffee Ambassador for The Honor Foundation, supporting Special Operations service members transitioning into the private sector.
Peter Goranites is Head of Institutional Sales & Trading at A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners, where he leads the firm’s institutional equity distribution, secondary market strategy, and prime brokerage trading relationships. He oversees coverage of hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and professional trading desks nationwide. Peter directs institutional capital markets positioning, liquidity strategy, and execution across both traditional institutional channels and prime brokerage platforms. He serves as a senior conduit between issuers and institutional capital, aligning market structure dynamics with sophisticated trading mandates. Recognized for his direct market insight and disciplined execution approach, Peter focuses on delivering efficient liquidity solutions, transparent communication, and sustained institutional partnerships across evolving equity markets.
Joe Naidrich is a financial markets professional with experience across institutional sales, execution, and client relationship management. He began his career at Sherwood Securities and later held roles at BTIG and Evercore ISI, developing a strong foundation in equity markets, execution strategy, and institutional client engagement. Most recently, he was with Macro Risk Advisors, where he advised hedge funds and institutional clients on risk management and market positioning. Joe is recognized for his analytical approach, market insight, and ability to build long-term client relationships. He brings a disciplined, client-focused mindset to every engagement and is known for clear communication, collaboration, and strategic execution across complex market environments. He holds FINRA Series 7, 55, 57, 62, and 63 licenses. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and son and is an avid golfer.
Jared assists in all aspects of servicing AGP Prime’s clients. Jared joined AGP Prime as a graduate of Lehigh University. He spent time working in capital markets and compliance before joining AGP Prime full-time in October 2023. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University. He is Series 7, 57 and 63 licensed.
Dean is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Before joining AGP Prime, Dean was an Entities and Compliance Specialist at IRA Financial. Before that, he was an Investor Relations and Treasury Services Associate at Theorem Fund Services. In Dean’s spare time, he likes to go to the beach, play tennis, and run. Dean is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed.
Tom brings more than 30 years of prime brokerage experience spanning relationship management, onboarding, and institutional sales. At AGP Prime, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s prime brokerage platform and developing relationships with hedge funds, professional investors, family offices, and investment advisors. Prior to joining AGP Prime, Tom held senior roles at Bear Stearns, J.P. Morgan, and Triad Securities, where he built extensive experience servicing institutional clients and supporting complex trading and financing needs. Tom earned a B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers University and an MBA in Accounting from St. John’s University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
