Seth Michaels
Senior Managing Director, Head of Prime Brokerage Services
Seth has over 30 years of financial services experience encompassing prime brokerage, clearing services, high net worth brokerage, secured financing, operations, and information technology. He oversees AGP Prime’s management and operations.
Prior to joining AGP Prime, Seth built and operated a highly profitable business serving hedge funds, registered investment advisors, family offices, and professional traders at Maxim Group. Seth has also held senior roles at leading financial services firms including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Neuberger Berman, and Barclays.
Seth earned an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Union College. He is Series 7, 66, and 24 licensed.
Dmitriy Kovalev
Managing Director, Client Service
Dmitriy has over 25 years of client service and portfolio accounting experience and has been with AGP Prime since its inception. He is responsible for the operation of AGP Prime’s client service division.
Prior to joining AGP Prime, Dmitriy held roles at Maxim Group, Steinberg Asset Management, Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and Neuberger Berman.
Dmitriy is Series 7, 63, 24, and 57 licensed.
Edward (EJ) Pures
Managing Director, Prime Execution Services
EJ has over 25 years of trading experience and is responsible for the operation of AGP Prime’s electronic, outsourced, and high-touch execution as well as warrant trading services.
Prior to joining AGP Prime, EJ worked at Maxim Group where he traded for prime and institutional clients. Previously, EJ held roles at Convergex, BTIG, and Susquehanna.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Gettsyburg College and is Series 7, 63, 24, and 57 licensed.

Tom Landsbergen
Managing Director, Sales
Tom has over 35 years of experience in financial services. He is a member of AGP Prime’s sales division.
Prior to joining AGP Prime, Tom was a salesperson at Triad Securities. Previously, he spent 15 years with JP Morgan and its predecessor prime brokerage business, Bear Stearns.
Tom earned an MBA in Accounting from Saint John’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Managerial Economics from Rutgers University. He is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Jared Zelin
Associate, Client Service
Jared assists in all aspects of servicing AGP Prime’s clients. He is working toward obtaining his series 57 to support trading and the firm’s nascent warrant trading business.
Jared joined AGP Prime as a graduate of Lehigh University. He spent time working in capital markets and compliance before joining AGP Prime full-time in October 2023.
Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University. He is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Emma Palatnik
Director of Prime Digital Marketing
Emma is responsible for AGP Prime’s digital marketing efforts. She oversees the development and execution of comprehensive digital campaigns that span content marketing, SEO, social media, and email.
Prior to joining AGP Prime, Emma was the content marketing lead at Lincoln International. Previously, she was a marketing consultant.
Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
