AGP Prime, the prime brokerage services division of A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners, is pleased to announce the addition of David Miller as Senior Managing Director, reporting to Seth Michaels, Senior Managing Director and Global Head of AGP Prime. David will be based in New York.
David brings more than 30 years of product and relationship experience in prime brokerage, clearing, equity finance, margin and operations to AGP Prime. Most recently, David was the Head of Maxim Group’s Prime Brokerage Services business. Prior to Maxim, David held senior roles at Wells Fargo, Merlin Securities and Goldman Sachs. David earned an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The University at Albany. He is Series 7, 9, 10, 57, 63 and 24 licensed.
